About the project

We were approached to offer a Project Management solution to this team, with on site management of all professionals and trades, and offering eyes and ears to a 100% remote team. The professional team were based in Canada and the Stateside team were cross-state as well. We finished on time and the client was exceptionally pleased with the product.
